Materials
ROCOR MANUFACTURING CAPACITY We have sufficient production facilities to ensure manufacturing of all the components of METACOR®, VICOR® and SELECTON® coatings, i.e. plastic base compounds and hardeners. We use state-of-the-art equipment turning out high-solid (95-100%) thixotropic and high-viscosity plastic compounds with any kind of fillers or additives. A dedicated unit has been set up to produce key components of chemical-resistant hardeners according to the ROCOR’s proprietary technology. The packing department ensures the products are carefully packed into certified containers. |

Mistakes made whilst protecting process equipment from corrosion in highly aggressive media may well cost a lot. This is why we pay special attention to all those aspects that relate to the choice of materials, technical solutions and corrosion control techniques. NPO ROCOR has state-of-the-art testing facilities and knowledgeable experts enabling it to arrange for material and coating resistance testing in any aggressive environment. In this way, even solutions proposed for relatively uncommon environments or conditions may be tested beforehand. NPO ROCOR both develops the formulas and production technologies and produces the compounds, which enables us to maintain quality control throughout the process. Incoming materials undergo rigorous entry control. All testing incidental to the obligatory and/or conformity certification of VICOR®, METACOR® and SELECTON® compounds is only conducted by authoritative independent test laboratories, including TsNII KM PROMETHEUS, SEVMASH, VNIIK, TsNIIMF, ROSTEST, VNIIPO, EMERCOM Sanitary Evaluation Center, and GOSNIIGA. |
